Which company do you use for shipments?
Usually, we do it with CTTExpress, we can also do it with SEUR (if you have a preference between the two, let us know in the order comments or by sending a WhatsApp).
Shipments to a pickup point are sent by mail and collected at the office you choose.
How can I make the payment?
We have all kinds of payments, Visa, PayPal, Bizum, payment in three installments without interest, cash on delivery, and bank transfer.

How can I know my size?
Take a measuring tape and measure your chest just below the armpits, then compare the result with the size guide.
What if the size doesn't fit me?
We send you the correct size and pick up the other one, easy, fast, and the first exchange of each order is free.

No problem, we will pick it up from you and refund your money, you don't have to give any excuse.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We have two types of delivery
Standard: From 2 to 3 days, in orders from Sunday to Friday and before 12 noon on Friday. If the order is placed on a Friday or the day before a holiday, after 12 noon, it will arrive in 3 to 4 days.
Express: From 1 to 2 days (only on the peninsula) this service has an additional charge of €7.95

At the moment we only serve in Spain and Portugal (we do not serve the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Azores)
How much does shipping cost?
In Spain mainland €6.30 in Portugal €7.50. From €30 shipping is free in both Spain and Portugal. Express shipping has a fixed cost of €7.95
How long do I have to return an order?
You have 30 days to return an order from the delivery date, provided that the product is not used, is in perfect condition and with its box or packaging in perfect condition, if any.
How do I return an order?
Contact us by email at hola@testimu.com and tell us the order number and the product you want to return or exchange and we will send you a courier to pick up the product. And if you want to make a product change, in this case you have to indicate the size you want us to send you. Only one change is made for free, the second change costs €9.
Where are the products shipped from?
The products are shipped from our central warehouse in Badalona, Barcelona. Some products are shipped from the south of France, in this case before adding the order to the cart it will indicate shipping from 5 to 8 days

Returns or exchanges
Returns are fast and free up to 30 days
Send an email to info@testimu.com indicating the order number and the product you want to return or if it is an exchange, the size you want to receive. In changes, only the first one is free, the cost of the second or subsequent changes or returns will be €6.30. for each exchange for Spain mainland, €7.95 for Portugal mainland, €8.50 in the Balearic Islands, €14.95 for the Canary Islands and €7.95 in Andorra.
