Is the shipping free?
Yes, from €30 in the peninsula, €50 in the Balearic Islands, and €120 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Which company do you use for shipments?
Usually, we do it with CTTExpress, we can also do it with SEUR (if you have a preference between the two, let us know in the order comments or by sending a WhatsApp).
Shipments to a pickup point are sent by mail and collected at the office you choose.
How can I make the payment?
We have all kinds of payments, Visa, PayPal, Bizum, payment in three installments without interest, cash on delivery, and bank transfer.

What if the size doesn't fit me?
We send you the correct size and pick up the other one, easy, fast, and the first exchange of each order is free.
What if I don't like it?
No problem, we will pick it up from you and refund your money, you don't have to give any excuse.
Do you want to pay cash on delivery?
These are the steps to follow:
1. Select the items you want and add them to the cart.
2. Open the cart and select the checkout page.
3. Fill in the personal shipping details.
4. Scroll down and select cash on delivery payment and click the FINISH ORDER button
5. When we are going to send you the order, we will send you a WhatsApp message so you can confirm the payment of the order to the delivery person who delivers it to you.

Do you want to pay with Bizum?

4. Scroll down and select payment with Bizum and click the PAY NOW button
5. You will be redirected to the Bizum page where you will have to enter your phone number and complete the payment by accepting it in your bank.

The shipping price is free from €30. Orders of less than €30 have a charge of €6.30
Express orders have a charge of €9.95 and no minimum price per order.

For shipments to Portugal Peninsula
The shipping price is free from €50. Orders of less than €50 have a charge of €7.95.
Express orders have a €10.95 charge and no minimum price per order.

Returns or exchanges
Returns are fast and free up to 30 days
Send an email to info@testimu.com indicating the order number and the product you want to return or if it is an exchange, the size you want to receive. In changes, only the first one is free, the cost of the second or subsequent changes or returns will be €6.30. for each exchange for Spain mainland, €7.95 for Portugal mainland, €8.50 in the Balearic Islands, €14.95 for the Canary Islands and €7.95 in Andorra.
