¿Con qué empresa hacéis los envíos?

Actualmente, lo hacemos con SEUR.

Los envíos a un punto de recogida se envían por correo y se recoge en la oficina que elijas.

¿Cómo puedo hacer el pago?

Por Visa, PayPal, Bizum, pago en tres veces sin intereses, contra reembolso y transferencia. Elige la forma del pago al finalizar el pedido.

¿Y si no me queda bien la talla?

Te enviamos la talla correcta y te recogemos la otra, fácil, rápido y el primer cambio de cada pedido gratis.

¿Y si no me gusta?

No hay problema, te lo pasamos a buscar y te devolvemos el dinero, no tienes que dar ninguna excusa. Pero eso sí, se tiene que devolver con sus etiquetas y grapas de doblado.

¿Y si necesito hacer un segundo cambio?

Los segundos cambios en el mismo pedido tiene un coste de 4.95 € en península y 6,95 € en islas baleares

Extiendes el pantalón que mejor te quede, lo abrochas y mide de lado a lado de la cintura, y los centímetros que te dé, esa es tu talla.
Camisas y Jerséis: Mídete el pecho por debajo de las axilas y los centímetros que dé lo comparas con la guía de tallas.

Returns are fast and free up to 30 days

Send an email to info@testimu.com indicating the order number and the product you want to return or if it is an exchange, the size you want to receive. In changes, only the first one is free, the cost of the second or subsequent changes or returns will be €6.30. for each exchange for Spain mainland, €7.95 for Portugal mainland, €8.50 in the Balearic Islands, €14.95 for the Canary Islands and €7.95 in Andorra.
